Thank You! toValley Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Centerfor their donation of $150 to be used to purchase large print books for the adult collection and picture books for the children’s collection. Under the guidance of Activities Director Nanci Bain, the residents baked cookies and organized a Baking For Books bake sale during the month of June to raise the funds. CHECKOUT THE KILL A WATT MONITOR!
PPL Corporation has provided the library with one Kill A Watt monitor that patrons may checkout with their library card for 2 weeks. The device allows patrons to monitor/record the electricity use of various appliances in their home in an effort to save on energy consumption and cost.
Please ask for the monitor at the Circulation Desk.
