The pieces must be able to be hung using the library’s hanging system. No wet, fragile or ill-prepared work will be accepted. Unframed canvases cannot have staples showing. The exhibition committee reserves the right to reject any work not following these standards.
The works must be delivered during the time allocated for their collection. Works delivered before or after the allotted time will not be accepted.
