Eva Stephens is a graduate of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, where she obtained her certification as an Eating Psychology Coach, and is certified through the American Fitness Professionals & Associates as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant. She has also been trained by Kelly Hayford, creator of the Eating for Health Guidelines, and author of “If it’s Not Food, Don’t Eat it.”
